You’ve seen these lips before, but I just can’t get enough of them! We treated this young lady with 1/2 syringe of Versa back in June. The top photo was taken before any filler. The middle photo was taken yesterday, 7 months later!! She still had a beautiful shape and retention of the filler with no migration or bumps. She just wanted them a little bigger :). ❌⚠️ OVERFILLED LIPS ⚠️❌. This lovely patient first came to see me in May for a lip rescue. She previously had multiple lip filler sessions by another provider and had significant filler migration. You can see the filler that migrated outside of the lip borders into the white part of the lip, causing her upper lip to project outward. She then had another syringe added by a different provider which left her lips lumpy and misshaped. We dissolved her old filler over 2 sessions before refilling them. I added 1 syringe of Restylane Kysse in June using the Julie Horne technique @juliehornelips, then added a little over a half syringe of Restylane Defyne in December. Perfectly balanced lips for the ever gorgeous and stunning Natasha. We used 0.8ml of Hyaluronic Acid filler to achieve these beautiful natural results. HEALED lip results. These results are about 3 weeks after her initial injections. For this patient, we used a combo of toxin and lip filler to achieve these amazingly transformative results. This patient had a “gummy smile” meaning the nasalis muscle excessively raised her upper lip which caused her gums to show. She also lacked significant volume in her upper lip. This beautiful patient has always wanted more volume in her lips. As you can see, she has very little volume in her upper lip. This is a lip that needs to built in stages. We did her first session about 3 weeks ago, and she came back for her touchup on Tuesday. We used 1.2ml HA filler total. These lips are GORGEOUS. She may want even more results after the swelling goes down, but we will need to wait at least 2 months before adding more. Adding too much filler too fast can cause the filler to migrate and that’s how you get duck lips. Not cute.
