At Victoria Aesthetics, we are extremely passionate about making people feel good, both inside and out. Regardless of your age, race or sex, we will find the right treatment plan for you. We proudly offer a wide range of aesthetic services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, We are all about the whole patient experience, from the first call to every follow up after. Victoria Gondar, NP
Victoria Gondar, NP is the proud owner of Victoria Aesthetics in Clifton Park, NY. Victoria graduated from SUNY Binghamton Decker School of Nursing with her BS in Nursing in 2006, and graduated from Sage Graduate School in 2008 with her MS in Nursing and Adult Nurse Practitoner degree. Earlier in her career, she specialized in oncology and geriatrics. After spending over 13 years in traditional nursing, Victoria decided to persue her lifelong dream of owing a medspa and doing cosmetic injections. She trained for 2 years in aesthetics in Manhattan and in May 2018, Victoria Aesthetics was born.
As a licensed nurse practitioner, Victoria brings an invaluable skillset to every patient she works with. Her training and knowledge of medical conditions, medications and other factors that impact treatments have proven vital to our clients.
Her background helps prevent complications from arising by following the strictest guidelines, as well as managing any adverse reactions that may occur.
Victoria is also a proud fiancé and mother to her human and fur babies. She enjoys camping, boating, reading, football and SHOES.

Lauren Eckard, Aesthetician & Office Manager
Lauren Eckard - the glue that holds Victoria Aesthetics together! Lauren joined our team (well she was our first employee) after a career as a Medical Assistant. Lauren brings her bubbly personality and genuine care for others with her everyday. Lauren graduated from ASI as an aspiring aesthetician - ask her about it! She loves to talk skincare.
Kimberly Conlon, NP
Kimberly joins our team with over 12 years of nursing experience in critical care. Kimberly has a passion for aesthetics and is perusing her dream career. Kimberly graduated from Elmira College with her RN degree in 2011 and graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College in 2023 with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her beloved dog.
Paris Maney, RN
Paris joins Victoria Aesthetics as our Toxin Injector specialist. Paris comes with over 10 years of nursing experience. She is also a licensed aesthetician, works part time at Victoria Aesthetics, part time at a local hospital and is in Nurse Practitioner school! If that wasn't enough, Paris is also the proud mama of three little ones and wifey to her honey, Art.
